It is one of the nine navratna welfare schemes which has been launched on June 2019 and implemented from 15th October 2019 in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh by Hon. Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.
On 15th May 2020 2nd Phase of scheme came into action, whereby 49 lakh farmers across the state have benefited from AP YSR Rythu Bharosa PM-Kisan scheme. The farmer will get the money before the Kharif season. Total Money to be received by farmers is Rs. 67,500 which will be given Rs 13, 500 per annum now(Including the benefit of Rs.6000/- per year per farmer family provided by the Govt. of India under PMKISAN scheme) for 5 years (earlier it was 4 years). It will be paid in 3 installments:
- First instalment of Rs. 7,500 in May,
- Second instalment of Rs. 4000 in October
- Third instalment of Rs.2,000/-

Key elements of Rythu Bharosa Scheme:
- Farmers having land of upto 5 acres in the state will be aided with an assistance amount of Rs.50000/-
- Before the start of sowing season farmers owning the lands will be provided with an aid of Rs.13500/-
- Tenants farmers will also be given a total assistant of Rs.2500/-
- The financial assistance will be extended to the SC, ST, BC and minority tenant farmers as well as farmers who are cultivating endowments and forest lands
- The promised amount will be directly deposited into respective farmers bank account
Additional benefits of Rythu Bharosa scheme:
- Under this scheme government launched Rythu Bharosa Borewell scheme and Approximately 200 borewells drill rigs will be allotted to each assembly constituencies. The digging of wells will be free of cost for all the farmers.
- Farmers can apply for Rythu Bharosa Borewell Scheme apply online.
- Free power supply at day time for around 9 hours.
- Government will also build warehouses and cold storage in all the 175 assembly constituencies.
- Irrigation projects that are pending will also be completed under this scheme.
- Farmers will also be provided assistance under the natural disaster fund.
- Various closed milk dairies will be reopened and a subsidy will also be given for the milk contributors.
- Road tax for farmer’s tractors will also be abolished.
- A subsidy of Rs1.50 per unit will be provided to Aqua farmers on power consumption.
- The premium of insurance of all the farmers will also be paid by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. An insurance cover of around Rs.5 lakh will be provided to the dependents of the farmers.
- Rythu Bharosa Centres have opened on May 30th in all village Secretariats in the state.
- Quality seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides will be made available at these centres. Services like soil testings, agriculture rates, market details, and weather forecasts will be made available through these centres.
- Next to them Janata Bazaars will be established for the sale of agricultural products and commodities.
Eligibility criteria for Rythu Bharosa Scheme:
- Beneficiary should be a permanent resident of the state and associated with the agriculture sector.
- Farmers holding a cultivable land of 5 acres in the state.
- Only small, marginal farmers and agricultural tenants can obtain the benefit.
- Farmers of states other than Andhra Pradesh are not eligible.

- A valid identity proof
- Aadhaar card
- Proof of residence/domicile certificate
- Income certificate
- Agriculture land proof
- Bank account details
- Passport size photograph
Candidates must keep both original as well as photocopy of each document
How to apply for Rythu Bharosa Scheme Online:
- Visit https://ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in/RBApp/RB/Login
- After visiting the website, look for the login tab
- Enter username, Password, Captcha and click on the “Login” button.
- Click on “Forgot” If password forgotten.
- Enter registered Mobile number click on “Send OTP” button.
- Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile number, Enter new password and Confirm password and click on “Verify” button.
How to check YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme District Wise list:
Those who have applied for the scheme @ ysrrythubarosa.ap.gov.in can check the district wise list by following the step provided below.
- Login into the official website by entering Mobile number, Password, Captcha.
- After successful login candidates can see the page displaying data like Name, Father Name, Katha number, district, Mandal, village etc.
- Make sure the account number and other details are correct.
How to search beneficiary with Katha number:
- Enter your Katha number in the search box. If the entry match the system it will show the details
- To edit beneficiary details, Click on “Edit” button
- Based on Katha no related survey no displayed

- Select verify status as “Details not matched”
- Select “Rejected reason” and click on “SUBMIT” button, Data submitted successfully
How to check YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme Payment Status:
- Login into the official website by entering Mobile number, Password, Captcha.
- Click on the “Payment Status” tab given on top of the page.
- Enter Aadhaar No. and captcha code in the respective box and click on submit button.
- Payment status will appear.
